Girl Scouts of Western Washington is committed to strengthening our volunteer systems to better meet the needs of our volunteers.
Over the past two years, staff and volunteers from Pacific Peaks and Totem Council participated in a Volunteer Systems Research and Action Project that identifed system improvements that will ensure volunteers can join easily, serve in flexible ways, learn continuously, and feel appreciated.
Girl Scouts of Western Washington is excited to announce that three service units have been selected to participate in the Pilot Project. Each of these pilot sites builds upon our work over the last two years, and will help GSWW with a project that will test new ways to:
The pilots will begin in Fall 2008 and will last two years.
